In Wrike
A complete issue report in every task
Each task is named after the report. Its description holds what the client wrote, the page URL, the browser details and a link back to the full report, and the annotated screenshot is attached to the task.
- Task in the space and folder or project you choose
- Annotated screenshot attached
- Page URL, browser, OS and screen size
- Link to the original report

Two-way sync
Complete it in Wrike and it's resolved here
When the task moves to a completed or cancelled status in Wrike, the report is marked resolved in GiveFeedback.io; move it back to an active status and the report reopens. Resolve a report here and the task moves to your workflow's completed status. Two-way sync is included in Pro and Company.

Wrike integration questions
Is the Wrike integration free?
Yes. It's included in every plan, including the free plan: every report your clients send arrives in Wrike. Pro and Company also keep the status in sync both ways.
Where are the tasks created?
In the folder or project you choose when you connect, in any of your spaces. Each project can use its own folder.
Which statuses count as done?
Any status in Wrike's Completed or Cancelled group resolves the report, and any Active or Deferred status reopens it, so custom workflows work too.
Do my clients need a Wrike account?
No. Clients only use the feedback button on the website. Tasks are created in Wrike with your connected account.
