Yes. Every integration is available on every plan: reports are created in Jira, Trello, ClickUp, monday.com, Wrike, Notion or Asana, or posted to Slack or Discord, with the screenshot attached, or sent to your own software with Custom API. On the free plan, the Email integration sends one digest a day with that day's reports. Pro and Company add an email for every new report and two-way status sync with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, monday.com, Wrike, Slack, Discord and Custom API: resolving a task there resolves the report in GiveFeedback.io and the other way round. Notion and Email create the page or email without syncing the status. Connecting Claude, to read and resolve a project's reports from Claude Code, is included in every plan too.

Each report a client or tester sends through the feedback button. The limit is the total number of reports in your account, not a monthly allowance. On Pro and Company you can delete old reports to make room. On the free plan, reports are kept for 3 months and the 50 (plus any you earn by inviting friends) is a lifetime total, so reports still count after they're removed.

Yes, by inviting friends. In the app, Invite friends gives you a link to share. Whoever signs up with it gets 25 extra feedback reports, and you get 25 more when the first feedback from their website arrives, for up to 10 friends. The extra reports stay with your account whichever plan you're on.

We email you when you reach 80% of your limit and again when you're about to hit it. New reports above the limit are kept hidden for 30 days and aren't sent to your integrations: upgrade within that time and they appear and are sent as usual. We remind you by email while they wait, and the day before they're deleted.

When you pay for the year up front, you pay for 10 months and get 12: two months free compared with paying monthly.

Yes. There is no contract. Plan changes are prorated automatically and you can cancel from your account whenever you like; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a period, but consumers in the EU can withdraw within 14 days of their first payment. Details in our refund policy.

No. Anyone can send feedback through the button without an account. Team members are the people you invite to your dashboard to see the reports.
