In Discord
Every report where your team already chats
Each message shows the report's title, what the client wrote, the page URL, the browser details and a button that opens the full report, with the annotated screenshot attached. Your team can talk it through right there.

Two-way sync
Resolve it without leaving Discord
Each message has Resolve and Reopen buttons: click one and the report changes status in GiveFeedback.io. Change the status in GiveFeedback.io and the message is edited to match, so the channel always shows what's still open. Two-way sync is included in Pro and Company.

Discord integration questions
Is the Discord integration free?
Yes. It's included in every plan, including the free plan: every report your clients send arrives in Discord. Pro and Company also keep the status in sync both ways.
Is it a Discord bug tracker bot?
Yes. The GiveFeedback.io bot posts each bug report from your website to your channel. On Pro and Company it also keeps track of its status: resolve or reopen it from the message or from GiveFeedback.io, and both stay in step.
What do the buttons on the message do?
Resolve marks the report resolved in GiveFeedback.io and Reopen opens it again. The message is edited to show the current status either way. The buttons are included in Pro and Company.
Do my clients need a Discord account?
No. Clients only use the feedback button on the website. The GiveFeedback.io bot posts the messages to your server.
